Same Place part of the domain attacking restriction lifted.
Way, way back there was a restriction to try to prevent players from the same place from attacking each-other. It has proved troublesome, especially now that I have put a whole new server in front of everything to load balance and speed up the site (since people often look like they are coming from the same place, the load balancing server).
So that combat restriction has now been lifted.
